1.創建VS項目

在VS中創建winform項目，創建完成后需要確認使用的.NET版本以及編譯的目標平臺。本例采用.NET4.0和X86平臺進行編譯。

2.引用接口dll

需要引用的dll列表如下，可以在C:\LEADTOOLS 19\Bin\Dotnet4\Win32找到。

主界面Form1代碼中添加引用

3.主界面添加相關控件

在設計界面添加一個MenuStrip菜單

添加按鈕用以打開文件；

添加下拉框，包括2個選項：標注模式和瀏覽模式

4.后臺代碼編寫

4.1控件初始化相關代碼
添加相關對象

添加initControl()方法，用于初始化圖片瀏覽控件以及標注相關控件，在Form1()構造函數中調用該方法

4.2添加加載圖像方法
