本產品提供有兩個產品版本，完全版本和LITE版本。這兩個版本之間的最大區別在于應用程序編程接口（API）。本產品的安全版支持的對象應用程序編程接口具有的框架與TatukGIS開發人員核心工具包（TatukGIS Developer Kernel toolkit）產品的框架相同，該框架包含2，300個函數以及屬性。本產品的LITE版本具有簡化的應用程序編程接口，只需用戶具有“網站管理員”級別的權限，任何基于本產品LITE版本的應用程序只能在本產品中打開，可以提供便捷的程序升級能力。

每一個TatukGIS開發人員核心工具包（ActiveX以及.NET版本）許可均包含有本產品完全版本以及LITE版本的永久開發授權。因此擁有開發人員核心工具包ActiveX版本授權的開發人員可以在開發模式下使用本產品完全版本或LITE版本，并在部署時再購買本產品完全版本或LITE版本的許可。

對于本產品來說，TatukGIS編輯器（TatukGIS Editor）或者免費的TatukGIS 瀏覽器（TatukGIS Viewer）都是一個有用的共用產品。編輯器或瀏覽器可以用來組織地圖層并設置層的屬性，例如：顏色、線條寬度、多邊形填充、標簽外觀、透明度、符號等等，最后將這些數據以一個項目文件的形式保存，以便使用本產品來在網站上進行交互式的發布。該功能可由一個Web服務器上的LITE版本的本產品來實現，此功能類似于PC工作站上的瀏覽器的功能。本產品完全版本的應用編程接口支持高級功能的開發，這些功能超過了編輯器或者免費的瀏覽器的處理范疇。

The Internet Server is offered as two product versions, the full version and as a LITE version. The most significant difference between the two versions is the application program interface (API). The full version of the product supports an object API with the same framework of 2,300 functions and properties as the TatukGIS Developer Kernel toolkit product, while the IS LITE features a simple API requiring only a "web master" level of ability. Any IS LITE based application can be opened in the TatukGIS Internet Server product, providing for easy upgradeability.

　　Each TatukGIS Developer Kernel (ActiveX and .NET editions) license includes a perpetual development license for both the IS and IS LITE products. Therefore, DK-ActiveX licensed developers can work with the IS or IS LITE product in development mode and wait for the deployment to purchase the IS or IS LITE license.

　　The TatukGIS Editor or the free TatukGIS Viewer can be a useful companion product to the Internet Server. The Editor or Viewer can be used to organize the map layers and set up the layer properties such as colors, line widths, polygons fills, label appearances, transparences, symbols, etc. and save all as a TatukGIS project file (or even an ASP.NET project) for interactive web publishing with the IS. The functionality that can be realized with the IS LITE product on a web server is very similar to the functionality of the Viewer on a PC workstation. The API of the full Internet Server product supports the development of advanced functionality which exceeds the scope of the Editor or the free Viewer.
