For example, the DataGrid control can easily handle millions of rows of data with features like grouping, filtering, sorting, and conditional formatting, all while receiving thousands of updates per second. We have pushed the boundaries that WPF offers and have not overlooked a single opportunity to improve performance.

Richest feature set

Every component in our WPF studio offers rich functionality beyond what other competing solutions offer. For example, all data grids offer functionality to export to Excel, but in reality just export to HTML and rename the file with an .XLS extension, which causes a lot of problems to the end user, such as displaying security alerts and incorrect formatting. In comparison, the Syncfusion DataGrid control contains over 100,000 lines of code to provide accurate exporting to Excel.

All components have been built from scratch for the WPF framework and include several features and enhancements to make it easy to build applications adhering to the MVVM design pattern.

The GridData control for WPF is the most advanced data grid available in the market with unmatched performance and versatility. Its advanced feature set is exposed through a powerful yet easy-to-use API with countless customization options. You can easily get started data-binding the grid to any data source; format the data with a rich selection of cell types; and enable editing, sorting, filtering, and grouping within a few minutes. The seamless editing experience rivals that of Microsoft Excel itself. The GridData control has been designed especially for the WPF platform and makes use of all the nuances the platform has to offer. It is also MVVM compatible.

Spreadsheet

Essential Spreadsheet is a control for viewing and editing Microsoft Excel files in a familiar Excel-like interface without Excel installed. It combines some of our most popular components like our Grid control, Ribbon control, formula engine, and others to create a first of its kind offering for WPF for viewing and editing Excel files.
