This font set does not include 2D fonts such as PDF417 and Data Matrix or the Universal Barcode Font Advantage™, which creates most barcode types from a single font.
Barcode Font Versions Included:
All orders of the TrueType MICR, OCR and Barcode font set include Windows and Macintosh TrueType font versions. The Windows TrueType versions of IDAutomation fonts are compatible with all versions of Microsoft Windows 95 and up including Windows XP and Windows Vista. Windows True Type fonts have the .TTF extension. These barcode fonts also work well on Macintosh OS-X systems. The Macintosh True Type fonts are compatible with system 7.1 and above. Macintosh TrueType fonts have the .MTT extension. These files are encoded in MacBinary format.
MICR & OCR Fonts Provided:
- MICR E-13B is the font used on bank checks in the U.S. and several other countries.

- MICR CMC-7 fonts are used on bank cheques in France, Mexico and most Spanish-speaking countries.

- Security Fonts are used to print secured text, names and currency amounts on highly secure documents.

- OCR-A is a standard character set that is very easy for optical character recognition systems to read. It is commonly printed at 9 points for mail addressing to increase accuracy.
- OCR-B is a standard character set that is easier for humans to read but is still accurately read by computers.

Barcode Fonts Provided:
- Code 128 is a high-density alpha-numeric barcode with three character sets. IDAutomation's Code 128 barcode fonts support barcodes for GS1-128, UCC-128, EAN-128, SSCC-18, SCC-14 and many other GS1-128 implementations.

- Code 39 is a self-checking alpha-numeric barcode encoding letters, symbols and numbers. It is sometimes referred to as the 3 of 9 Code, Logmars or Barcode/39.

- Interleaved 2 of 5 is a numeric-only barcode used for interleaving pairs of numbers in a high-density barcode format.

- Codabar is a self-checking numeric barcode encoding numbers and four characters with a slightly higher density than Code 39.

- MSI / Plessey is a barcode designed by the Plessey Company in England and has been used primarily in libraries and retail applications such as grocery store shelves.

- PLANET is a barcode used for mail tracking in the USA.
- POSTNET is a barcode used for mail addressing and sorting in the USA.

- UPC / EAN is a barcode used to print UPC-A, UPC-E, EAN-8 and EAN-13; usually used in the retail industry.

- USPS Intelligent Mail is a new barcode type used in the USA by the USPS, formerly known as OneCode. Its primary purpose is to combine the zip code data of Postnet and the tracking of Planet into a single barcode symbol.
