WPTools includes a rather powerful mail merge engine. Sometimes you need a recursive approach to create reports or serial letters with embedded data. If you want to save the report results to an editable format, such as RTF, graphical report engines often have the problem that the output is not like the template.

　　WPReporter (akn SuperMerge) is an add-on for WPTools. It is included in the 'WPTools Bundle' and can also be purchased seperately if you already bought WPTools.

　　The WReporter add-on makes WPTools the perfect tool to create reports as RTF files! Forget about OLE solutions - WPReporter is easier to use, quicker, more effective and doesn't rely on any external programs.

　　With WPTools 5 we have extended the editor for the WPReporter templates.

　　The user can now expand and collapse groups by clikking on the arrow. Internally the groups are handled as nested paragraphs: paragraphs inside of a group are handled as children of the group paragraph. The new band dialog makes it easy to create bands. It is possible to create a new group inside of the current one or to make the new group the parent of the current group.
